A Partnership Between Texas Heritage Committee and The Community 41 Arts Initiative Group
The 901 Parmer Avenue Art Mural project began as a deeper reach into the community, not only as a way to beautify another neighborhood but a way to engage the 41 district as it lends a hand in its own revitalization for the city of Killeen. With the assistance of the Texas Heritage Committee and additional sponsors, a plan has begun to design and create a mural at this location to assist in this vision for our community as a whole.
